Dear Colleagues,

We highly appreciate the opportunity to share the results of GURT Resource Centre activities in July – December 2016 with you. Already for more than 20 years, GURT is dedicated to serving active citizens and helping them to implement societal changes in their communities. Today GURT is the largest information and communication network of change-makers from all regions of Ukraine uniting above 32 thousand people.

This Communiqué reflects GURT achievements on the way to its Mission – to become an action platform of Ukrainian civil society organizations to mobilize active citizens and to implement societal changes based on European values: dignity, responsibility and respect.

In the second half of 2016, we continued providing effective support to Ukrainian citizens who suffered from the conflict in eastern Ukraine.

While our key activities contributed to growth and sustainability of Ukrainian civil society organizations, we also supported the small business development and reforms in vocational education in Ukraine.

We hope that the results described in the Communiqué demonstrate our successes. We look forward to cooperating with you and sharing our common stories, findings, and lessons learned on the way to successful Ukraine.
