Supported by GURT, businesswomen identified key skills for business

On 10th June 2016, took place the last part of “The development of women’s entrepreneurship in Ukraine” project, in business café format. The project was implemented by GURT Resource Center with the financial support of the World Jewish Relief.

The event, entitled «What are the key skills for successful business in Ukraine?» was attended by 15 businesswomen, who set up and run successful businesses.

Participants shared their experience of doing business and discussed possibilities of small business development in different fields in Ukraine.

During the business-café, businesswomen identified key skills for doing business in Ukraine, which aimed to promote participants’ business development in perspective.

Among the most pressing skills, participants claimed: the use of new planning methods and risk evaluation, negotiation, strategic thinking and effective HR. Besides, the event helped to enhance relationships and mutual assistance between projects’ entrepreneurs – participants.
