Dear Colleagues,

Already for 20 years, GURT Resource Centre is dedicated to serving active citizens and helping them to implement societal change in communities. As a communication, knowledge and resource platform, GURT creates an information and action network of above 19 000 CSO and community leaders, change-makers from all regions of Ukraine and supports them in meeting the challenges of a changing Ukraine.

We consider ourselves to be a dynamic organization that must continually embrace ways to evolve to the best achieve our mission. While our key activity is development of Ukrainian civil society organizations, we have also purposefully increased our commitment in supporting small entrepreneurship and promoting reforms in Ukraine.

The actions described in the pages that follow, as well as on our web-portal www.gurt.org.ua reflect achievements towards our mission. In 2015, we tried to involve partners from international organizations, responsible businesses, and foreign governments who share our commitment to results and our impatience for change. We hope that, while much remains to be done, the results described in the Communique demonstrate our successes, creativity and dedication to making a difference.
